Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor. He began his career with performances in television shows including Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. In 2005, following his appearances in Not Another Teen Movie and Fantastic Four (and its sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer 2007), he was recognized as the Marvel Comics character, The Human Torch. Evans was also featured in movie versions of comics and graphic novel TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he became more famous for his role as Steve Rogers/Captain American. The films was a part of Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 as well as Captain America: Civil War. Evans also was as Captain America in The Avengers Age of Ultron in 2015 Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame 2019. Within the Marvel universe, his role as Steve Rogers/Captain America earned him the title of most highly paid actor in the world.
